If you are planning your trip to Turkey, you may need just few days time to select your property and finalize the application process as the fastest way. We kindly remind you to bring your passport and a minimum 5.000 USD as the downpayment.
1: Property Hunting
Browse through our property portfolio and to receive further details of any apartment for sale, just fill in the inquiry form or ring us. Alternatively, contact us with details of your budget, and what you are looking for in an apartment, and we will send a choice of potential properties to you by email. We also have offices in Istanbul, Antalya, Bodrum, Alanya and Trabzon and would love to meet you in person.
2: View the Apartments
When you are ready to see properties for yourself, contact us to arrange a viewing trip. If you need help with booking flights and/or hotels, just let us know. We will meet you at the airport, and once you have settled in, show you suitable properties and neighborhoods, so you know where amenities are like shops, schools, restaurants and leisure facilities.
3: Completing Formalities
When you have found the apartment you want to buy, we will take the deposit, arranging mutual signing of the sales contract, get you a Turkish tax number, and help you open bank accounts. We need two passport photos and will also go with you to the notary office to get an official notarized copy of your passport.
4: Lawyer, Translator and Power of Attorney
A translator and lawyer are needed to complete the process. We can recommend certified and experienced professionals if you don’t already have one. Some people also appoint a Power of Attorney to carry out the buying process on their behalf, but this is not legally required.
5: Signing for Your Title Deeds and Moving in
Once the legal formalities are done, we will take you to the title deeds office, for you to officially sign for your new apartment. Our services also include helping you to settle in, so if it is a new construction, this includes arranging water and electric connection.
Buying an apartment in Turkey is as easy as that, but if you have questions, contact us today, and our experienced, and local sales staff will be glad to help.
