Being new to the Turkish environment and way of running things, it was hard for us to get a hold of certain things in dealing with state authorities, local banking, running errands, paying utilities, and other “regular life” aspects. Raikhan went to great lengths in explaining and helping us to figure out all these aspects and we really appreciate her help and support on that.
